Villa del Sol d’Oro is so gorgeous! It was the perfect location for MiShawn and Ben’s sweet wedding. The classic setting was the perfect compliment to their fun and funky details (I mean, check out that bouquet!) They were surrounded by friends/family all day and instead of a traditional bridal party MiShawn had her Proper Ladies Poker Parlour there to support her and hang out while getting ready.

Jessica and Dennis are so much fun! We shot their wedding at the beginning of this month (which we also can’t wait to share) and we just had to share their South Pasadena engagement session first! We started at their new apartment (which we thought was the perfect starting point!), we jumped on the bed (okay…they jumped on the bed), and got the grand tour of their new hometown downtown. We had a great time exploring the area and taking some rad photos.

oh my gosh, marianne! this has to be one of my favorite sessions of yours. the couple is so gorgeous and they seem so fun. my favorite are the playful shots, in particular the ones jumping on the bed and throwing leaves. :)
These are quite possible the cutest photos I have ever seen.
Ya’ll ready for a blogging frenzy?! It’s technically the “off-season” for us (although we have had a wedding every weekend this month so far…super awesome!) and this is when we get to catch up on some blogs and maybe even catch up on our sleep…maybe :)
Whitney + Todd got married at one of our favorite locations to photograph, Maravilla Gardens. It was the perfect setting for their gorgeous garden wedding and all it’s fun DIY touches (we really thought their ring bearer box was adorable!). It was a beautiful day to spend with them and their family and friends.

Great use of light; this is wonderfully artistic portraiture.
Cassy and Chris got married last year at the gorgeous Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo CA and we cannot wait to share their wedding with you. But first! Their super adorable engagement session. Cassy and Chris are so sweet and easy going that the natural setting of the Malibu hills and beach were the perfect compliment to them.
