You might remember Ashley and Will from their super adorable and rustic engagement session that was featured on the awesome La Belle Bride blog. Now it’s time to share their rustic, chic, glam wedding which we had the honor of having featured on Style Me Pretty as well as Southern Weddings Magazine (print). Ashley and Will got married at the awesome Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo, one of our favorite venues! It was an absolutely joyous and super detail filled day. It’s always a little flattering when a bride e-mails us before she even has her date to see when we are still available. This was the case with Amy + Chris who are planning their Camarillo, CA wedding from Seattle where Chris is currently in Naval Academy. So our first time meeting them was at their Moorpark/Agoura Hills engagement session. It was super cool just walking around with them taking photos and getting to know them a little better. As always it was a blast shooting with them (and gushing about the upcoming Hunger Games movie) and we can’t wait for their big day!

We have been told that math is the universal language and is therefore a hard science which cannot be denied. Based on our Long Beach Engagement Shoot with Tina and Tim, we have carefully developed the following formula:

Tina + Tim = Awesome!!!

Seriously, these two are so super cute together it is amazing! True story: when Tina and Tim were feeling a bit awkward at the beginning of the Engagement Shoot (which is not uncommon since most people are not used to being photographed professionally), they started randomly telling jokes to one another! It was awesome and adorable how they were able to ease each others’ nerves and make each other smile and laugh. I dare you to try to get through this post without laughing with them! In short, we cannot wait to see these two again at their San Clemente wedding next month!

You might remember Anha and Nic from their Rustic Ranch Engagement Session which was featured on LaBelle Bride.

In this post we are excited to introduce them as husband and wife and also introduce the amazingly cute, energy filled, musician and ring bearer extraordinaire, David (Anha’s son)! :)

Anha and Nic’s wedding day was fantastic. They started with a Vietnamese Tea Ceremony. It was so awesome to see them taking the time on their wedding day to honor their heritage (not to mention that they let us have some of the most amazing coconut rice we have ever eaten). Their wedding ceremony at St. Callistus Catholic Church was beautiful and it was such a joy to see Nic’s eye’s welling up as Anha walked down the aisle with her father and then to watch Anha and Nic laughing together at the Priest’s jokes. There was just so much love and happiness during their ceremony. The reception kept the happiness vibe going. There were some great speeches and tons of laughter throughout. It was a great day and we were so happy to be there to photograph it!
